Returns and Complaints

RETURN METHOD

For each product purchased in the online store, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order package to submit a declaration of withdrawal.

In turn, you have 14 days from the date of sending us the withdrawal statement to return the item to us.

Follow these steps to return a product:

  1. Send an email to info@gilieri.com with "Return" and the Order Number in the subject line.

  2. Download, fill out, and include the return form in your package - this step is not mandatory but will significantly facilitate our work and speed up the processing.

  3. Send your return package to the following address:

  1. Remember to keep the tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Please note that items purchased from the online store cannot be returned to a return point.

If you choose to return the item via Poczta Polska (Polish Post), we recommend keeping the tracking number as it will be necessary to file a complaint in case of loss. We do not pick up the returns from the post. It has to be delivered directly to the adress above.

  1. The refund will be processed promptly and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned product.

Complaints

To file a product complaint, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@gilieri.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. In the message, please describe the situation and attach photos if possible.

  2. Our department will contact you within 14 days from the date of the complaint report.

  3. If the complaint is accepted, the item will be repaired or replaced with another of equal value. If this is not possible, we will refund the equivalent price of the item or offer you alternative products available in the Store.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
